System would not boot up only thing I could get to come in was f11 hard reset failed now says restoration incomplete then system cannot find drive specified please help

Welcome !

 

System Restoration consists of restoring Windows HP system image from a partition on your local storage device (like local drive). The restoration may fail because the data/image on it may be corrupt OR there may be some hardware problem.

Due to many failures in this mechanism and its inefficiently, it is no longer recommended and is also not supported.

 

In order to help you, I would like you to test your hardware for issues. Here are video instructions >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JXUp43ahHA

 

Use the F2 option to perform quick or fast checks and let me know the results.

If these options are not available, perform basic check on the hard disk drive and the memory.
