Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A4AV)

on Monday 7/14/2025, my laptop told me i needed to restart for a bios update. everything went smoothly and the laptop seems to work fine... Except Roblox. keep in mind that (other games and more demanding games works fine).
But on Roblox it constantly gives me lag spikes every 5 to 8 seconds. Even when i'm in the home page it dose it.
i have tried a lot of things to fix this including:
1 reinstalling my current graphics driver
2 a complete delete and reinstall of Roblox
3 cleared temp files and flushed DNS
4 changed my WIFI
5 made sure all my settings on windows were the same after the bios/firmware update
6 scanned my system for virus/malware just in case
i tried more stuff as well but still the issue is there. and this only started happening right after the bios/firmware update, and i launched Roblox.
now i am wondering what i can do. is it possible to rollback the bios/firmware update some how?
i am a content creator on that game so this lag spike issue makes it unacceptable for smooth recordings.
in terms of what causes the lag exactly? well i checked Roblox micro profiles and i can see the lag spike happening in real time. and it shows something with the RenderJob, UI blur, and foreground thread.

but can anyone plz help with a quick fix? if it means rolling back or something idk.
i wont be desperate if i did not had to make videos
sorry the photos are blurry and this is my first time posting so i could not see how to delete them from the post
