Please, I need some help, someone installed a non original version of Windows 7 on my computer and I want to returno to original versions (that came installed when I bought the computer), how can I do that? I have already tried to install Recovery Manager, but an error occurs, I also don't have drivers with the Software to install again.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to install the original Windows on your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Have you created recovery media for your computer? If yes, then you can reinstall the original operating system using the recovery media.
If you have not created one, then you can contact support and order one for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
