Salve, sono un vostro Partner di vendita,

un mio cliente ha acquistato circa 3 anni fa da me il prodotto 17-g103nl.

Mi è stato riportato con il seguente problema.

Compare all'avvio SYSTEM BOARD (00A)

e una volta premuto enter e avviato il sistema operativo non funziona ne la LAN ne la WLAN.

Il sistema operativo è stato ripristinato e l'errore persiste.

Cosa posso provare a fare.

my cliete has the notebook hp 17-g103nl,

this device from this error: SYSTEM BOARD (00A) on start to notebook.

You might see this message after the system board is replaced. The message indicates that the serial number was not entered, or was entered incorrectly, after replacing the system board or other components.

If the issue persists, I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support for one on one interaction. 

 

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

 

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp

Step 2. Sign in / sign in as a guest

Step 3. Enter the product number or select to auto detect

Step 4. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 5. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
