Product: HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (1W9Z3AV)

My HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (1W9Z3AV) if you turn the power button the screen is blank and the fan is running full blust like never before and the caps lock button keeps on flashing lights. I tried plugging it on the AC adapter and pressing "windows" and "B" and "V" button and the power button all together,but still it's does the same thing
