My spectre 360 13t is only 15 months old and I take really good care of it. I never overcharge it and have never dropped it or had an accident with it.
A few days ago I was using it and it died. When I went to charge it again it would not charge or turn on. The little white light near the charger hole would blink 3 times and then turn off. I already tried all the other suggestions I've seen on other forums and they didn't work. It just won't turn on at all.
In addition, I know it's not the charger that is the issue. It has been able to charge other devices. Just not the laptop.
It is so infuriating that I'm having this issue after just one year with a laptop that costs over $1000 and now I would have to pay to get it fixed. I really need it for university and it is very important that I have a reliable laptop that works. This is going to be the last HP laptop I buy since I see you can't rely on it even when you take great care of it and costs over $1000 just for it to break down after 15 months.
Does anyone know any last things i can try? Or does anyone have the tech support number so I can call them? In addition what has HP done to help you with the similar situation if you had one?
