Product: Spectre x360 13t
- My spectre 360 13t is only 15 months old and I take really good care of it. I never overcharge it and have never dropped it or had an accident with it.
- A few days ago I was using it and it died. When I went to charge it again it would not charge or turn on. The little white light near the charger hole would blink 3 times and then turn off. I already tried all the other suggestions I've seen on other forums and they didn't work. It just won't turn on at all.
- In addition, I know it's not the charger that is the issue. It has been able to charge other devices. Just not the laptop.
- It is so infuriating that I'm having this issue after just one year with a laptop that costs over $1000 and now I would have to pay to get it fixed. I really need it for university and it is very important that I have a reliable laptop that works. This is going to be the last HP laptop I buy since I see you can't rely on it even when you take great care of it and costs over $1000 just for it to break down after 15 months.
- Does anyone know any last things i can try? Or does anyone have the tech support number so I can call them? In addition what has HP done to help you with the similar situation if you had one?
