HP Spectre x360 - 15-df0023dx

I have a 5UL46UA#ABA Spectre laptop that I have been trying to make a recovery USB from the recovery cloud. When I put my product ID manually  it says that it is invalid and to contact HP Support. Any way I can get this to move forward or help to that I am able to create the USB recovery? Thanks.

HP withdraws support for the Cloud recovery tool once the PC reaches 5 years of age, which is why the product number you entered is not valid.

 

The only place I know of where you can get the HP recovery image for your notebook would be from this vendor at the link below:

 

Computer Surgeons - Windows Home Advanced - 64 Recovery Kit Part Number L46135-001 For Spectre x360 ...

 

You also have the option to make a bootable USB W10 or W11 installation flash drive with the Microsoft Media creation tool from the links below and clean install Windows at no cost.

Download Windows 11

 

After Windows installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
