Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered Recovery Media for 40.00$ off HPs website and they sent me either the wrong media or a corrupt version of it. When I attempted to recovery my computer it left it in a no start condition, my computer thought it had windows 8.1 on it after the attempted recovery when its factory condition came with windows 10 home. Ive been trying to get a hold of an actual person through their customer service to tell them to send me new media or give me my money back via telephone and email, and have had no such luck or responses, their website takes you in circles and their customer service line hangs up on you. I need customer service... please... What am I supposed to do?

In order to restore your computer to a working state, please check the attached PDF file below and perform clean Windows 10 installation.

 

In regards to the Recovery drive, I have asked an HP identified contact/agent to contact you here in the Community.
