i have installed new ssd with cloned windows but it is not showing in my boot priority of hp bios then i booted through uefi in my ssd but then mistakenly i have deleted my windows in hdd and then i try to restart then it says preparing automatic repair and then throw me to troubleshoot then from that i try to boot from EFI again in my ssd and i got booted but then again i try to reset my ssd windows thinking it will be my booting os but now i cannt even access my windows of ssd it in resetting mode . please help me solve this problem

Hi:

 

On many HP notebooks, the NVMe SSD does not show up in the boot options menu.

 

What you were supposed to do was to temporarily disconnect the hard drive so that the Windows boot manager switches to the SSD.

 

Then you can usually reconnect the hard drive and use it for storage.

 

HP notebooks that come with dual drive configurations have no operating system on the 2.5" drive.

 

Now that you have unfortunately botched things up pretty well, I recommend that you temporarily disconnect the hard drive and use the HP cloud recovery tool on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook on the NVMe SSD.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
