Hello. I have a really important question. My laptop was stolen from me, it was a HP laptop that I bought last October. Please, I am desperate for your help. *Is there any was to locate my device?* I have a warranty paper and I know my serial number. Please, if there is a way to locate a device, help me.

Hello @AdnaKulovac

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community. Thank you for choosing HP initially and for the trust in HP.

The fact that you ask such a question means that you do not have any software or hardware pre-configured to assist in case the PC got lost/stolen.

HP as a vendor cannot assist you in finding lost or stolen devices (computers, printers, etc).

Officially HP cannot locate your computer. HP does not have such a technology built-into the device and does not have a record of locations.

If the thief was (is) a smart guy, chances for finding your lost or stolen computer are very very low. Computers may have their HDD replaced, their operating system changed/reinstalled, their network identifiers changed, etc....

More details are present in the article.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes - provide feedback/update.
