What do you mean by saying that you tried the option of wiping it clean?

If you did that, you erased the drive and it won't boot now.

What is showing on the screen that you can't get past?

All it says it is this computer didn't start up correctly and then ask me if I want to restart it or try one of the other trouble shot and it gives on of the options to clean it and reinstall windows or to just clean everything both times when I try it can't do either of them

Sorry to hear that -- as that is really bad news.  Sounds like a recent Windows Update got corrupted and when that happens, Windows tries to repair itself, but since it got corrupted, it can NOT do that, so it keeps doing it over and over and over ...

First thing you need to do is see if you can restart in Safe mode -- by doing these steps: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2304-boot-into-safe-mode-windows-10-a.html

If you don't know how to start using Advanced Startup Options, then read this: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2294-boot-advanced-startup-options-windows-10-a.html

Then, follow these steps to reset Windows Update: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/24742-reset-windows-update-windows-10-a.html

If these work, when you finally reboot, you should then be able to login to a working Windows desktop.
