Hello @lourdesmaryu

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

The error code you provided tells me that the hard disk drive (HDD) has failed.  Since this is a faulty HDD/hardware component, you will probably not be able to recover your files.

Based on the code I can also see that your PC is still within the active warranty period. You are entitled to free service and replacement.

1. Please contact HP Support and inform them. They will work with you about the way to replace the faulty component.  >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

>> US >> toll free 1-(800)-474-6836

2. Check these videos on the specifics how to prepare and send your computer for repair or service:

If this post helps or solves your issue, please mark it or let me know.

If you experience any difficulties, also post again 🙂
