Hj.. i get the error message in the picture after trying step 2. Not sure what to do at the moment. It says that my memory quick check has failed. Please help

Hi:

 

The error report in your screenshot means that you will need to replace the memory module that has failed with a new one.

 

I cannot seem to find a service manual for your notebook.   This is the closest one I could find.
