Notebook HP - 15-dw0015nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone!

I bought a Notebook Hp- 15-dw0015nl last month and after 2/3 weeks of usage, it started to freeze suddenly. I already tried to upgrade both windows and hp drivers but the problem worsening. So I tried to re-install windows and the problem persists. At first, the problem occurs only with the battery alimentation than it occurs even with the ac alimentation.

Laptop suddenly freeze and I can't do anything so I must turn off the laptop via the button. I already try the Hp Hardware diagnostic, but the only thing that is wrong is the battery calibration.

I even tried to change the alimentation settings but the problem still remains.

Did you perform the Extensive System Test to confirm all the Hardware Functionality

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

If the issue persists please perform a System Recovery with the HP Recovery Media

Keep me posted how it goes😊
