Failed Hard drive needed replacement... so I decided to update RAM and Battery as well. Now when trying to boot I cant get into Operating System (F11) - only options that work are (F2) and (F10)

In F2, it is showing that the Hard drive is passing now... but under storage tests it says NO STORAGE INSTALLED - and computer wont go past the NO BOOT Screen

What ive tried:

- receding

- changing everything back to normal (old RAM and old Battery)

-Bios changes: from UEFI to Legacy) - which actually gave me a different error upon booting

- updating date and time in Bios

-Tried changing configuration and choosing Optane Memory (but it isnt listed in Bios)

Options from START UP: (error I get)

F9 (black screen with Blue box that says 'Boot Manager option Menu'. Only choice BOOT from EFI file. When i click it, it says 'No Valid File system available)

F10 (Bios Setup screen)

When change to legacy from EFI, start up screen asks me to enter a code and confirm the change. Once I do, system restarts, with error message 'reboot and select proper boot device' or 'insert boot media on selected boot device'

F11 (no boot device not found) it wont take me to the operating system screen

F2 (hardware Diag screen: only options are:)

Memory test (pass)

Storage test (no storage installed)

Hard drive check (passed)

Language and exit

Have watched numerous help videos and read numerous discussions... but nothing has worked.

Any other ideas or help would be appreciated?
