Hello,

I'm having trouble with reinstalling windows 10 Pro. I Have a recovery partition but in HP Recovery manager it stays that "Recovery partition has been removed". But files are all in that partition, so I don't know why isn't working.

So I made an USB Recovery Disk with HP Recovery Manager, and while I load computer with USB Boot option, while windows install is loading it says "The system recovery media does not support this computer".

Also I tried with clean windows USB install but It says that I need media driver that my computer needs is missing, I try to solve that but it can't load driver since it only wants to format the drive where driver is on.

So, I have no clue how to reinstall or reset to factory condition.

Thanks in advance. Best regards,

Hi:

Did you use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB recovery drive?

This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported computer models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud
