I Have this TPM message...and the keyboard didn't work ....and if I click Esc in the first he didn't work

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a TPM message on startup.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the exact model for your computer?

What is the operating system you are using?

 

Meanwhile, you need to press the F1 key to clear TPM and press the F2 key to cancel it.
