I am experiencing the aforementioned issue from a long time and this is really annoying many a times.
The taskbar doesn't load up as i log in to my account. The taskbar takes approx two minutes to completely load.
When logging in to the screen ,only the start button and the action center icon appear on the taskbar.

Specs of my laptop:

Also,One thing i noticed that from the time of this issue appearing up to now,The wifi as well as the bluetooth are not working properly.Even, after the taskbar loads up,the Wi-Fi option is nowhere to be seen(not even in the action center.Only,"Network" shows up.).Also,the bluetooth on my laptop is not able to detect any devices nearby it.
I don't think the two issues can be connected in any way. But,Please advice me for this issue.

Thanks for the reply and trying the suggested steps.
Did the system test pass?
As the computer is booting to safe mode, recommend you do a clean boot from safe mode by disabling all 3rd party startup items and check if it resolves the issue.
Refer to this Microsoft post for assistance.
Keep me posted.

Yeah, all the tests passed successfully. No Problems were found.
---------
I did a clean boot into safe mode(with networking) as well as a safe mode(normal one, with no networking) and that worked. The taskbar loaded quickly.
------------------------
But,i cannot monitor the bluetooth and Wi-Fi issue as in the safe mode all of them were disabled.

Thanks for the reply, recommend you uninstall the wireless adapter on your computer in safe mode and restart your computer couple times and check if it resolves the issue you are facing.
If the issue persists, perform a push button reset on your computer and check. Click here for assistance.
Keep me posted.

Okay,I have tried to uninstall the drivers and i restart my laptop, the drivers reinstall themselves.I know this sounds dumb but this is happening every time i uninstall and restart my laptop.

Thanks for the reply, whenever you uninstall any driver and restart your computer, Windows will restore a generic driver which is a normal behavior. Recommend you observe the performance of your computer with a generic driver or perform a push button reset as suggested and update the drivers using HP Support Assistant.
Keep me posted.

Hey,I think reinstalling all the drivers resolved the issue.
---------------
But,Now there is some other thing that is happening.
My Bluetooth is ON but none of the my phones or bluetooth headsets can pair with it.The phones cannot see the my laptop in the list of unpaired devices.
--------
Even, my laptop is not able to detect them.
Please help. This issue is not getting resolved even after i have tried 5-6 solutions.
