my computer is getting too hot and i cant be able to use it

I'm sorry to hear about the overheating issue with your HP Pavilion x360. Here are some steps you can take to address this problem:


Check for Dust and Blockages: Ensure that the vents and fans are not blocked by dust or debris. Cleaning these areas can improve airflow and cooling.
 

Update Drivers and BIOS: Sometimes, outdated drivers or BIOS can cause overheating. Visit the HP Support page to download the latest updates.

 

Adjust Power Settings: Set your power plan to 'Balanced' or 'Power Saver' mode instead of 'High Performance'. This can reduce the load on your CPU and help keep temperatures down.


Use a Cooling Pad: A cooling pad can provide additional airflow and help keep your laptop cool during extended use.


Check for Background Processes: Sometimes, background processes can cause your CPU to overheat. Use Task Manager to identify and close unnecessary applications.
