I desperately need help, 

 

About my hp 14s fq1135au

 

My problem is, the fan instantly turns on and spins hard when I turn on my dekstop and doesn't stop unless the dekstop is turned off. My keyboard doesn't work either, not even one key is working, I'm very frustrated, a lot of work I have to finish in the near future, before the incident, there was a “fan 90b” notification

Already I have seen on the motherboard also there is no dust even very clean, my dekstop can still live and run normally, but the fan and keyboard are very problematic, I beg you, I really need  help

Compatibility Issues:

  • Different Fan Specifications: Even though the fan works on other HP models, it might not be fully compatible with your specific HP Laptop 14. Different models might have variations in voltage, current requirements, or control protocols.
  • Fan Speed and RPM: The BIOS of your specific laptop model might require a specific RPM signal from the fan, and if the replacement fan doesn't match the expected signal, the BIOS might still detect an error.

BIOS/Software Issues:

  • BIOS Settings: Check if there's a BIOS update available for your laptop. Sometimes, updating the BIOS can resolve compatibility issues.
