THE LAPTOP IS RESTARTING AUTOMATICALLY AND THE ERROR MESSAGE IS YOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO RESTART. WE ARE COLLECTING SOME MORE ERROR INFO AND THEN WE WILL RESTART FOR YOU

These errors occurs when there are some memory issues, corrupted system files or drivers. Other reasons for this "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" could be power failure or malware/virus infection.

 

Since it is not clear why exactly this error occurs in the first place. Read the guide and try out the solutions one by one, see if any of them can solve this problem for you.
