Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was formatting my notebook using the recovery partition on my laptop, following the HP's manual regarding the same. The recovery manager wiped my system, but failed to restore it to factory settings. Now, turning on the system shows the error "Selected boot device failed to load." and powers off.

Please help.

Did you make your Recovery Media? If so boot from it and try recovery again. If you did not make Recovery Media call HP:
