OMEN by HP - 15-ce003la

Hi, I’m having issues with my omen 15, at first for a couple of days  my computer was getting stuck out of nowhere and every time I had to turn it off forcibly to keep using it. After a few days it went all black and it showed this message

“The System BIOS Pending Image is being cleared.

Do not shutdown or remove power from your computer during the clear.

The clear will take a few minutes to complete.

For more information, please visit: www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup

Clearing Pending Image

Block 256/ 256

Progress 100%” and it got stuck.

Checked at the hp website, followed a few troubleshooting steps shown in here and got this message:

The CMOS checksum is invalid. The CMOS will be reset to the default configuration and will be rebooted. Please check your BIOS Setup options to see if they change.

CMOS Reset (502)

ENTER - Reboot the system

the computer got rebooted and started to work again normally and then it went black and now every time I turne it on it just shows black screen and can’t do nothing else.

please help me I’ve been trying to get more information on the hp support but still can’t find anything that really helps.
