Product: Hp Stream Laptop 14-CB111WM
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I’ve been try to reset my laptop and I can’t because of some unknown error. I’ve been looking around for help but haven’t found anything. Are there someways I can fix this that y’all know of or a hard reset option?
