Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

for some reason, my Thunderbolt Dock stopped working whilst using it. The fan noise got really loud then it completely shut off and my Notebook did not recognize the Dock since then. The power supply still works, so if I connect the Notebook it is getting charged but none of the other stuff works (monitors, mouse, keyboard etc.) 

Anyone faced this issue before or knows what to do? The telephone tech support in my country is not able to help me due to language barriers 😞

Used it with a ZBook Studio G5 if that matters somehow...
