Hp laptop
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

My touch pad wont stay disabled. I have not had this problem before but just recently it started enabling itself everytime my laptop restarts. I tried disabling it from the control panel and it would temporarily be off but when I restart yet again it is enabled again. I uninstalled the touchpad from the control panel so now I dont have the option to disable or enable it anymore, but my touch pad is still functioning. I dont know where to go to reinstall it so I can at least temporarily disable the pad.

( I have windows 8.1 and think its a 32 bit)
