HP Chromebook - 14a-na0050nr

My touchpad does not work and I've tried the hard reset, drum roll and other online tips. Does anyone know of any other way to enable or fix touchpad. Mouse and click buttons do not work

Hi@WNB056,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Touchpad issues with the HP Chromebook.

I have a few recommendations

  1. Wipe off any dust or dirt on your touchscreen.
  2. Reset your Chromebook hardware.
  3. Reset your Chromebook to factory settings.
  4. Enable/Disable the option Debugging keyboard shortcuts, then restart your Chromebook.
  5. Press the Search + Shift + P keys at the same time to toggle the touchpad On or Off.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
