I replaced my hard drive after boot sector error and I to know if I can install Windows using the recovery disk D from the old drive

Unfortunately, that wouldn't be possible.
You can also always reinstall W10 for free by creating a bootable USB installation flash drive using the Media Creation tool at the link below.

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
If your notebook was made in 2016 or later, you may be able to use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable recovery drive.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

I wouldn't be able to help you with that.
I've never heard of anyone getting the recovery partition to work independently.
Why not just make the bootable recovery drive using the information I posted already?
It is the same thing as the recovery partition.
If you can't do that, you can always clean install W10 by using the media creation tool by making a bootable USB installation flash drive.
