HP Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Spectre x360 keeps getting a message that says I am running a version of Windows that is nearing the end of it's support and I should upgrade to the newest version of Windows 10. I am already running a version of Windows 10 but when I try to run the update I get an error message that says my device cannot run Windows 10 and that I should contact the manufacturer for a BIOS upgrade. Not sure what this means.

@MontverdeHoney

Windows 10 comes in different "versions" -- which are released every six months.  The most current version is 1903, but 1909 will be coming out within a few weeks.

To find out what "version" you are running, do the following:

1) enter "cmd" (without the quotes) in the search are

2) select Command Prompt

3) when the window opens, enter "winver" (again, without the quotes).  That will open a small window displaying your current Windows version.

Post that information back here.
