HP 15-ay196nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's me again. I sent my HP back a month ago and it was returned. Everything was fine-at first. The newest problems are...

One morning I had trouble starting my notebook. I had to press Power several times before it started. Moments later it turned off. I press Power and it turned on again and stayed on but not before I saw an error message on screen. I don't remember the exact wording (it didn't last long) but it went something like this:

"..has detected...
...for optimal performance the battery may need to be replaced."

Also, I'm not sure if it's related but the night before there was a noise coming from my notebook, like the sputtering of a fan.

It's an HP 15-ay196nr Laptop, 15.6" Touchscreen, Intel® Core™ i7 with Windows® 10 blah, blah, blah.

Confused,

JJ

PS All this was a few days ago and it seems to be fine, for now.
