Product: HP Intel core i3 7th gen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I opened my laptop it shows choose your keyboard layouts. after choosing choose an options with troubleshoot and turn off your PC.

 what is the problem behind this and what we we have to do for this problem. Pls any body help me
