Trying to update drivers but its not successfully

Hello, i just bought my laptop and im trying to update its driver but theres an error occured during the installation.

Fix HP Support Solutions Framework Installation Error

 

1. Uninstall Old/Corrupted Install

Press Win + R → appwiz.cpl (opens Programs & Features).

Look for HP Support Solutions Framework.

If present → uninstall it.

2. Clear Temporary Installer Files

Press Win + R → %temp%.

Delete all files in the folder (skip any in use).

Restart your laptop.

3. Install the Framework Manually

Go to HP’s official site:
HP Support Solutions Framework Download (Direct Link)

Download the installer.

Right-click → Run as administrator.

4. Install HP Support Assistant Again

Download HP Support Assistant:
HP Support Assistant Download

Install and restart.

Open HP Support Assistant → run Check for Updates.

After this, drivers should update properly.

If this still fails, we can skip HP Support Assistant and manually install chipset, Bluetooth, and battery drivers from HP’s driver page for your laptop model.
