USB-Windows 10 64-bit Recovery Kit---disposable?

HI

I am trying to buy--------USB-Windows 10 64-bit Recovery Kit

Q1. Is this disposable after 1 time use? or If need to recover system again, can I use this kit again?

Q2. My bro has same laptop with same model number can I use this Kit on my brother's laptop too? In the case the laptop needs to be recovered?

my disk says I have healthy recovery partition volume but system keep says "cannot reset this computer" also on below hp recovery manger shows me system recovery is unactivated .......is this mean my recovery partition was corrupted by some reasons and need to buy  'USB-Windows 10 64-bit Recovery Kit'???

Is there any way to recover recovery partition????

Q1. You can re-use, please don't throw away, who knows you may need it later.

Q2. I have not tested this but I believe for SAME model, this would work.

Same USB Recovery should work on both laptops. Have you checked HP Recovery Manager on his laptop to see if it still has option to make Recovery USB?

Oh yeah great~!! maybe making recovery USB from his laptop and recover  my laptop with that  instead of buying KIT.
