I am unable to recover my Operating system in my chromebook

Product is - Hp Chromebook 14-Q001TU

I tried the steps provided on HP support but still no luck.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to recover the Chrome OS.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the exact issue you are facing?
