HP Recommended

I cannot reinstall my Win 11 system. The recovery process is asking me for a Bitlocker key that I don't have. I'm trying to access my Microsoft account but Microsoft does not send me the code to connect. I'm not even sur that I have a Bitlocker key in my account. Any idea on how to solve this issue or at least try to retrieve my files? My laptop is an HP Pavilion 15-eg2xxx
