Cyberlink Power Media Player would keep crashing, so I decided to follow a suggested procedure that I found on the HP customer support page to resolve the issue. I followed the first step (which was to uninstall the application), but then, when I proceeded to follow the second step, I realised that the media player was not on the recovery manager! Now I am left without a media player and no online support.
