Hi, Canog:

You need to install the HP Quick Launch Buttons driver for the ACPI 0006.

Hello Moshin_Raza.  I understand you have an Unknown Device after installing Windows 8.  Is this correct?

What is the product number for your notebook?  This document can show you where it is located.

Have you tried running HP Support Assistant?  This application will attempt to find all of the drivers and software for your notebook as well as make sure they're all up-to-date.

If HP Support Assistant is unable to locate the driver I am more than happy to search for it myself.  To do this I need the Hardware ID.  Try the following.

  1. From either the Metro or Desktop view press the Windows+X key combination.  This opens the Context Menu.
  2. Select Device Manager.
  3. Expand the sections and locate any "Unknown Devices" or "Other Devices."
  4. Right click on either of these devices and select "Properties."
  5. Navigate to the Details tab.
  6. Select "Hardware IDs" from the drop-down menu.
  7. Paste what is listed here for each device.  Please make sure to keep them separated.

I hope this is helpful.  If you do find it helpful make sure to click the white star under my name to give me Kudos!

I will watch out for your reply.  Have an excellent evening!
