HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
A few days ago, I reset my laptop. It failed resetting two times. Since then, every time I turn on my laptop, it shows a black screen right after the HP logo. I tried CTRL-ALT-DELETE but it didn't work. I can't get into windows or do anything other than staring at the black screen. When I tried to open the Boot Menu or System Recovery menu, the black screen comes back and I can't get into the menu. So, in the end, all that my laptop does is show a black screen and wouldn't open anything else. I can't even get into the log in window. (I don't have much technical knowledge or anything, so I haven't done anything that might unintentionally harm my laptop or the files). And I really need to get into my windows because it has some important files that I can't access from anywhere else.
