Upon powering hp laptop stream 11 stuck on hp screen

HP Recommended
Stream 11-r015WM
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried every step possible ie battery does not come out all test have passed in diagnostic mode help please I have important documents and records saved on this device I can’t loose these records

Upon powering on it just goes to hp logo screen the goes off and comes back on with hp logo screen I don’t know what to do and I need stuff that is saved on this laptop

Since the diagnostics test pass, this is most likely a software problem / Windows issue.

 

Please, review these HP articles and follow the steps one by one/carefully:

Let me know if you performed the steps and provide details what happens.

If you end up with Windows recovery/reset/reinstallation, please back up  your data first.
