Dear HP Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my HP laptop and need your urgent assistance. I have been using this laptop (details below) for the past year with the same login password. However, over the last two days, the password I have always used is no longer working. I suspect it may have been changed automatically or due to some unknown issue.
Here are my device details:
Device Name: DESKTOP-IO62QMV
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8650U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2.11 GHz
Installed RAM: 8.00 GB (7.85 GB usable)
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Pen and Touch: Pen and touch support with 10 touch points
I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution as soon as possible. I am ready to share any additional details or verification needed to proceed.
Thank you for your support.

You should have 2 or more login options if windows hello is enabled
If there is only one option, and it does not work, then look for another account in the bottom left corner.
If there are no other login options then try booting into windows safe mode and do a repair.
This third party site explains how to use DISM and SFC to repair your windows system.
You need to be in windows to do the repair.
If windows does not start then click here get into SAFE mode.

HP is removing cloud recovery for system over 5 years old.
The actual wording is a limited time after the warranty expires
You may want to get a copy of the cloud recovery before it is too late.
Cloud recovery provides all the custom HP drivers.
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Alternately, download from the MS windows store

Let me know what you find out.
