I am using HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ecoxxx

Product No. 167W1PA#ACJ

the last error was VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR (0x113)

After that my laptop unable to start, it freezes, including in system repair and new windows Installation.

I performed memory test, Storage test, Board test- all passed.

The BIOS version installed in it is F.20 ( may be updated in windows update)

But official website of HP shows there last version was F.19

i tried to intall (downgrade to F.19) BIOS through usb, 

Windows+B-  but failed

 and when trying to intall through usb (boot option) it show "The System BIOS update failed.

Unable to open BIOS Signature fil'e."

 I tried it form different USB drive, but got same results.

Help me, to get out from these loops. My machine feels like a zombie (living dead).
