Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello there. I have an HP Victus with an i5-13420H and RTX 4050.

One day it had stopped charging and I don't know why. I've already tried everything on the internet, opened the laptop, and still nothing. 

Luckily you can identify it because I still have the box. The laptop is the 15-fa1082wm.

What should I do with the laptop now?
