Hi @Tirth_09,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Try these steps:
1. Enable Windows Security
Ensure Windows Security is enabled on your computer to protect against malware.
- In Windows, search for and open Windows Security.
- Check the message in the Virus & threat protection area:
- If the shield icon displays a green circle with a checkmark
and the message No actions needed is displayed, Windows Security is enabled.
- If the shield icon displays a red circle with an x
and the message Actions needed is displayed, click the shield icon, and then click Turn on.
- If the shield icon displays a green circle with a checkmark
2. Check for Vital Security Updates
Make sure your device has the latest security updates installed.
- Using the search box on the taskbar, search for and open Check for updates.
- Click Check for updates.
3. Scan for Viruses and Malware
You can use Windows Security to scan for viruses, malware, or other threats.
- In Windows, search for and open Windows Security, and then select Virus & threat protection
.
- Click Quick scan, Scan options, or Run an advanced scan, and then select the type of scan you want to run.
- Select one of the following options, click Scan now, and then click Scan:
- If you choose Quick scan, the scan begins.
- If you choose Custom scan, select the specific drives or folders to scan, and then click Select Folder.
- If you choose Windows Defender Offline scan, save any open files, and then click Scan. If a User Account Control window opens, click Yes. The computer will restart when the offline scan completes.
4. Use HP Support Assistant
Update your PC with HP Support Assistant to ensure all drivers and system updates are installed correctly.
- In Windows, search for and open HP Support Assistant, or click the app icon
in the taskbar.
- On the My Dashboard tab, find your computer, and then click Updates.
- Wait while HP Support Assistant analyzes the system.
- After the analysis completes, select the listed updates, download and install the updates, and then follow any on-screen instructions.
- If prompted, restart the computer, and then close the tool.
5. Check for Installed Antivirus Software
Ensure no other antivirus applications are conflicting with Windows Security:
- Search for and open Virus & threat protection in Windows Security.
- Under Who's protecting me?, click Manage providers.
- Confirm any other software listed and uninstall any old antivirus software if required.
I hope this helps.
