Sorry, there is nothing we can do about this as the HP OEM version of Windows (1) does not expire (so it does not deactivate) and (2) we can not provide product keys for other Windows versions.
To find out what Windows version you are running, In the search box on the taskbar, type winver, and then select Winver from the list of results. You'll see the version and build of Windows.
Report back what it finds.
