OS Version: Microsoft Windows 8.1, 64 bit
Processor: AMD A8-4500M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, AMD64 Family 21 Model 16 Stepping 1
Processor Count: 4
RAM: 5602 Mb

Think the above specs will meet system requirements to let me upgrade to Windows 10? I don't have anything that is important enough to backup. I have made a Recovery Drive on a Flash drive in case I would need it to go back to Windows 8.1
I don't have not installed any hardware ever on this PC. I can download and install any software after the upgrade. Where can I get a link to download Windows 10 upgrade?

What do you thing?

Free upgrade is no longer available. You have to pay Microsoft to get a key which allows you to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.

Please check the following information, including download information.
