Warranty Reinstatement Not Working - Customer Service phones are not taking calls

Dear All,

A week or so ago I have created a post related to the laptop warranty reinstatement due to HP website is showing incorrect dates. My purchase date is now less than a year. However it will expire in a month and the laptop have some issues with its outside jacket where screen and main board is connected that needs to be fixed.

 

Can you please direct my message to necessary group of people in HP Support? The customer support phone's not working is not acceptable.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
