My computer is under warranty and being repaired, but it has been unavailable for more than 3 weeks due to a parts shortage. I have no follow-up with HP (whom I have to call regularly if I want up-to-date information) and I have no way of knowing when my product will be available soon.
What are my rights and how can I make a complaint?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your computer is under warranty and repair but is delayed due to parts shortages, and you’re not receiving timely updates, you do have rights and avenues for addressing the issue.
May I know do you have any existing case numbers with you? if yes, Could you please share it in a private message.
