The warranty on my notebook was scheduled to expire on November 25, 2020.  It was renewed on November 20, 2020 and I have the email documentation and verification YET it is not registering as renewed on either the HP site under 'warranty status' or on the HP Support Assistant and I cannot get anyone to address this through 'dispute warranty status.'  Beyond frustrated....

I reviewed your post and I understand that you have purchased a care pack warranty however, you are unable to register it and it is not showing on the HP website.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in registering the warranty.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Thanks very much for your suggestion.  Unfortunately, I have tried this numerous times and can only get the 'virtual agent' which is why I posted the issue on this forum. If i request an 'agent' with the 'virtual agent,' I just get directed back here to the forum.   Have submitted several cases and cannot get a response or get a live agent to help me.  Beyond frustrated and rather angry that customer service is really suffering.  Thanks for your time!

My warranty extension has still NOT been registered.  Today is December 17 and the extension was purchased on November 20 with the warranty having been set to expire on November 25.  Is there no one in Customer Support working?  I paid for the Care Pack extension and want it registered but apparently to no avail.
