Hi,

 

I've recently purchased myself a new HP Pavilion laptop (literally only 2 days old). The gentleman that sold it to me in store told me that the laptop comes with a 12mths manufacturers warranty. After registering my device it appears on the HP website that my device only has 9mths warranty remaining. I thought all new devices got a manufacturers warranty of 12mths when they are brand new? I'm a little confused why my device has 9mths left, I've double checked all the information I have inputted & it appears to be correct. I've even ended up speaking to a **bleep** in America (didn't notice this at the time) & he even said this shouldn't be the case & that I needed to speak to HP UK, but there doesn't appear to be any contact information for them, just the annoying robot help on their website.

 

Does anyone know whether I am able to get hold of HP regarding this as I can't seem to find a phone number that works or a contact email either.

 

Any advice is appreciated.
