OMEN Laptop - 15-en0029nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Omen 15 keeps locking up or freezing for no reason I can see. It's three years old, I run windows 10 64, and I don't use it for gaming, just for work. It's annoying. It always says it was RealTek Audio Admin something that caused this, but I can't find that in those exact words to delete it. I'm deaf, so it's really not too important to me. Thanks for any help.

Having the exact wording of an error message is quite important.

Have you considered updating the Realtek Audio driver to the latest version for your laptop's operating system?

Thanks, Erico. I downloaded the file or whatever it is you suggested, and I'm going to see if that works. I appreciate your help.

The screen with the error message on it about the RealTek Audio Admin thing doesn't stay on screen long enough for me to read it and write it down or copy it. I don't see well after recent eye surgery anyway.

Thanks!
